Refund/Exchange Policy
Glam Vault accepts STORE CREDIT ONLY, if customer is unsatisfied with product.
Our policy lasts 5 days upon original purchase date. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer your approval for Store Credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Tags intact). It must also be in the original packaging. No exceptions, failure to comply with terms customer will not be approved for exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds applied
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact customer service immediately within 24 hrs. of shipment. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
